<p style="font-size:18px"><strong>一般人煉氣，初期身體會有很大的改善，不過，一段時間就會陷入困境…</strong></p>



<p style="font-size:18px">許多運動、氣功或是靜坐，雖然能夠增加新陳代謝，加速人體的生化作用，但是因為缺乏完整的生化心法，缺少存藏能量的知識與回流再造的機制，往往將辛苦煉來的精華流失，甚至造成各種後遺症。</p>



<p style="font-size:18px">許多人煉氣不理解其中內涵；也沒發現其所冥想的內容對生理機能所帶來的影響；當然更不知道，不同的功法之間所可能產生的交互作用。因此，往往煉出身體的毛病，失去煉氣真諦，反而是煉氣傷身，實為可惜。因此，煉氣不能亂練，必須在煉氣之前，真正認識煉氣的基本知識與原理。</p>

<p style="font-size:18px"><strong>迷思一：煉氣只要依循固定功法，就能達到成效</strong></p>

<p style="font-size:18px">因遺傳基因的不同，因此人有不同的體質，中醫所謂「五行的強弱不同」。再來，因為先天靈光降生，也有慧根之差異，所謂「利根、鈍根」之別。先天智慧與後天環境種種因素的影響，讓人體身心的發展與耗損迥異，因此每個人所需要的調理與修煉的方法也有差異。同一個功法或心法煉了後，當然會有不同的現象或反應，若不知依個別差異來銜接心法、口訣，不只會讓人產生許多疑惑，盲目瞎煉，甚至百病叢生。</p>

<p style="font-size:18px">其實教人煉氣，必須針對不同的體質、陰陽五行強弱的不同，視其輕重緩急來教導之；如同服藥，也有藥量多寡之分，教學者必須對症下藥，如同調藥師般來調配修煉法訣與進度。因此，自古以來要「學功夫」，必須找到「明師」，才能掌握修煉的過程與變化，並予以充分的解惑。然而，明師難求，許多人往往疑問重重，只能用有限的認知來自我解釋或是自我幻想到了什麼境界，最後，甚至是離道越來越遠。</p>

<p style="font-size:18px"><strong>迷思二：缺乏完整的知識，卻以為煉氣很簡單</strong></p>

<p style="font-size:18px">一般人對氣的認識不夠，誤以為煉氣很簡單。其實，煉氣養生的內容很複雜，包括：呼吸吐納、意念導引、靜坐調息及內丹等，必須具備很完善的知識，調煉的過程才不會產生問題。如果「只知其一、不知其二」，或是煉氣的過程沒有階段、缺乏次第、盲目調煉，往往潛伏著看不到的危機。最常見的情況是，煉氣初期，身體會感覺有很大的改善；若不煉時，它又反撲。有時煉得越勤越厲害，卻發現身體火氣上升或是體內寒氣積聚。此外，有的人情緒失控或思想偏差，也有人的生理時鐘紊亂，出現種種後遺症，這都證明了，氣不能盲目亂煉。</p>

<p style="font-size:18px">若將氣分為外氣與內氣，就可以簡單釐清氣的功能與作用。人體藉著呼吸維持生命，仰賴氣來支撐內部運作，完成輸送到一切組織，讓組織能達成內部信號傳送，還能透過新陳代謝，而達到成長，並能在內部疏通解困，這就是將外部的氣，轉成內部所需的內氣，來完成人體的各種功能。可見，人只要一息尚存，就能製造元氣，供應人體需要。更進一步地解說內氣，其實內氣的變化還遠超過我們的理解，像是人體精氣神的質能轉換，也都屬於內氣的範疇，依法調煉可以結成內藥，進行自癒。</p>

<p style="font-size:18px">「玉液煉形法」淵自道家修仙術煉形法之一。在道藏古籍精華中，由元朝尹真人之高弟子所撰「性命圭旨」一書，可窺其妙。玉液煉形法，乃是人體元素洗滌調煉的養生法訣。有心修煉者，透過相當時間的火候與正確步驟的運功，能恢復人體組織本來功能，放鬆身心，滋潤五臟，達到道家所謂的：「內藥」涵養元神之功。</p>



<p style="font-size:18px"><strong>性命圭旨云：</strong></p>



<p style="font-size:18px">此法先用行氣主宰，照在玄膺一竅。此竅可通氣管，即『黃庭經』所謂『玄膺氣管受精府』是也。</p>



<p style="font-size:18px">少頃，則津液滿口，如井水然。微漱數遍，徐徐以意引下重樓，漸達膻中、鳩尾、中脘、神闕，至氣海而止。就從氣海分開兩路，至左右大腿，從膝至三里，正腳背及大拇指，又轉入湧泉，由腳跟、腳彎<strong>，</strong>循大腿而上，至尾閭合做一處，過腎堂、夾脊雙關，分送兩肩、兩膀、兩臂，至手背。 由中指轉手掌，一齊旋回，過手腕，由胸傍歷腮後，從腦灌頂。復下明堂、上顎，以舌迎之，至玄膺而止，此為一轉。畢，稍停，又照前行功，則壅滯之處漸次疏通，不惟貫穿諸經，亦能通達諸竅。</p>



<p style="font-size:18px">即『心印經』所謂：『七竅通，竅竅光明』，是也。</p>

<p style="font-size:18px"><strong>其詩曰：</strong></p>



<p style="font-size:18px"><strong>妙用如江河，周流無窮已。長養玄谷芝，灌溉瑤池水。 小小壺中別有天，鐵牛耕地種金蓮， 這般寶物家家有，因甚時人不學仙。煉液如泉曾有訣，安心是藥更無方，積氣開關通大道， 一渠流轉入瓊漿。</strong></p>



<p style="font-size:18px">書中雖留有行氣路線與步驟，不過，後世之人若依書中之法修煉，將津液（口水）吞入胃中，並以意識引導行氣路線，最終卻可能煉得全身經脈濁氣流竄，愈煉火氣愈大。本欲養生，最後卻反受其傷害。究其原由，是因為二大關鍵法訣沒有傳下來：一是如何祛濁存清，讓無火之炁轉化為津液，達到口水甘甜如泉綿綿不絕之現象；二是如何運用道家吞津法訣將津液轉化至經脈中，再用意念引導完成整個玉液煉形的過程。</p>

<p style="font-size:18px">何其有幸，修煉此法最關鍵的祛濁與吞津真訣，在失傳千年之後，重新由玄門台灣代傳&nbsp; 師尊口傳心授，嘉惠其門下弟子，也就此流傳下來，造福後代子孫。</p>



<p style="font-size:18px">玄門所傳授的煉形法門包括：太陽煉形、太陰煉形、玉液煉形、金液煉形、五臟煉形及真空煉形。</p>



<p style="font-size:18px">玉液煉形法，包含在玄門返元內功教學的範疇中，依照階段與次第的安排，屬於返元精進班學員所修煉的重要功法之一。若玉液煉形法修煉有成，能再進階修煉金液煉形法。</p>



<p style="font-size:18px">玉液，又稱神水，指的是人體能量經過去濁存清後，在鬆與靜的原則下，神炁達到交融的狀態所產生的津液（口水）。此津液甘甜如泉，必須有特定的方法來咽，才能滋潤臟腑和身心。</p>

<p style="font-size:18px">在學習玉液如何清洗全身濁氣之前，需先煉就純熟的「吞津術」，才能依據特定的路線來清洗身心，並達到滋潤作用。吞津之前的功夫，是如何祛濁的功夫，否則將清濁不分的濃稠津液導引全身，反而加速汙染。</p>



<p style="font-size:18px">如何能將身體的火氣與煩躁之氣盡數化解，這是煉功之人重要的里程碑。此過程需透過動功與靜功的反覆調煉，並在煉功過程中體會「鬆」的妙用，讓身體組織一一鬆開，壓力緩緩消除，所謂「鬆乃行氣主」。</p>

<p style="font-size:18px">當氣行則血行，在人體能走入鬆、靜的狀態，還要學習將精神的力量也放鬆，最好能達到無思無慮的狀態，道家稱之「不神之神」，此時，開始調煉玉液，使之綿綿不絕湧出，並依特定的路線來引導清洗經脈，久久有功。此法能行氣活血，化瘀生新，恢復元氣，消除疲勞，並能駐顏美容，肌膚若羊脂白玉般溫潤且隱然有光，班痕盡除。</p>



<p style="font-size:18px">玉液煉形法可堪稱是道家養生之瑰寶。然而，養生法訣並非一招半式即可奏效，修煉內功需有完整的配套以及耐心，循序漸進來改變體質，才能達到整體健康的提升。</p>

<p id="block-abca2eed-9c98-4566-a493-ba5c76e1478f" style="font-size:18px"><strong>人體結構比太空梭還複雜，以道家傳統講法，將人體組織（天機）分成四個層次：即表皮層、裡層的五臟六腑、骨髓、和內竅。</strong></p>

<p style="font-size:18px">（１）表皮層：包括肌肉、筋及皮膚毛細孔和經絡。經絡包括十二正經、奇經八脈及經別、經筋、絡脈等。人體內部器官和組織，都有許多的經絡密佈著，作為運行血氣經過的通路。它負責輸送營養分、傳送訊號、排泄污濁等等…，因此，管道必須暢通無阻。一般人自我鍛鍊短期可以經絡來洩濁，但要知道適可而止。否則，當經絡的濁氣洩過頭時，就會開始洩出裡層的五臟元氣，而導致內外皆虛。至此，往往就會產生心神不寧、精神不振的狀況。實際上，光煉表層不但無法養生，反而減壽。</p>



<p style="font-size:18px">經絡是輸送與排泄的管路，只要暢通，就能達到人體的需求。要體內清潔，除了經絡要保持乾淨外，更重要的是，應要正本清源的從五臟六腑下手調理。因臟腑乃人體吸收、生化、儲存和輸送的源頭，煉內臟才能逐日累積內力。就如同武俠小說所講的：「一日有一日的功力，六十年有一甲子的功力」。內力強，經絡自通；而光煉經絡，最多只能做到每日清掃。因經絡無存藏功能，所以，煉多少甲子亦無法增長功力、增加內力。</p>

<p style="font-size:18px">（２）裡層之五臟六腑：五臟是儲藏精氣(元氣)的處所；六腑除了膽以外，都是傳輸、受清泌濁的臟器，它是瀉而不藏的器官。每個臟腑都有個別的作用和功能，它們是在相互依存、相互制約的情況下，分工負責，構成完整的有機體。</p>



<p style="font-size:18px">道家性命雙修是依人體先天功能做出發點，以五臟調理來啟發人體先天本能。當人呱呱墜地，剪斷臍帶，陰消陽盡，就落入後天體。想要恢復先天功能，必須透過「返元」的程序和方法，將人體本身之陰陽電能（陰陽離子）再復，以返回先天；再配合虛實、補洩和靜功、動功活用，以達到所有組織及臟腑平衡。靜功之目的是讓心神寧靜，神不外馳。除了能使人頭腦清醒外；並能自行指揮全身內分泌系統正常運作，以加強生化作用；並透過放鬆讓養分分佈全身，改善體質。動功則可以加速肉體新陳代謝作用，使體內雜質加速排除；同時，也要體會「鬆」的作用，才能應用於靜功中，以提升鬆的境界。</p>



<p style="font-size:18px">正統的修煉應加強五臟六腑之吸收、生化、儲存及轉輸功能，使逐日修煉的功力儲存起來，而改善體質，進而步向內髓之修煉。</p>

<p style="font-size:18px">（３）內竅與骨髓：內竅相當多，最主要的是指人體的三關九竅。相對於針灸之穴，經絡之竅稱做「外竅」；而內臟之間的連絡穴稱做「內竅」。骨髓，廣義的是指所有骨內之骨髓；但最重要的還是人體脊椎骨之骨髓。人之健康長壽在於骨，骨之保持在於髓，其重心在於脊椎骨；龜鶴善於活動脊椎骨，故能長壽。養生以脊椎骨為主，否則必無成就；長生之道在於促進骨髓元真重生，故先調煉五臟六腑，以加速元真產生來重建骨髓之質與量。人只要能將脊椎煉成赤髓，就能將全身骨節都煉通了，人自然身輕如燕，百病不侵，健康長壽。</p>



<p style="font-size:18px">更進一步解說，五臟只是一個原料加工廠；而脊椎則是原料製造廠；腦部則是指揮中心，可見其重要性。相對在醫學上亦有許多病例，使我們警惕脊椎骨之重要性。</p>



<p style="font-size:18px">然而，最重要即是「人類之骨髓在正常生長狀況下，是會隨著年齡增長或是激發氣機消耗而漸漸乾竭，產生鈣化現象（年老時自然脊椎變形彎曲） 」。修煉重要的方法，即是以爐火純青之體內真氣予以洗髓，促使骨髓再造生機，要使脊骨間之凸陽凹陰交媾，才能產生骨髓再生；而脊椎骨之「交媾游動正常」，在醫學報導上也證實確可強化人體免疫系統功能，且可延年益壽。</p>

<p style="font-size:18px">常常提醒自己要放鬆，養生之道從放鬆開始。「鬆」的功夫，對於修煉的人來說，是一門主要的必修課，也是一切功法的基礎。鬆的調煉，可分為實質肉身的鬆、無形思想的鬆與心境的鬆。</p>



<p style="font-size:18px">實質的鬆，是從身體的活動中取得熱能，使得氣血運行加速，達到活化組織的功效。通常身體的氣滯血瘀，酸痛物質的堆積，都會使得身體組織僵硬或缺氧，帶給人諸多的不適。</p>



<p style="font-size:18px">從一般的活動中，如運動、按摩、熱敷或食療等，都是希望達到活化血液循環及身心舒暢的目的。修煉的人是從煉功達到多重的鬆，並追求更鬆的各種境界；由動功的調煉取得熱能，並加上心法及口訣的作用，來達到更深層與多角度的鬆。這是只有活動而未搭配思想力及心境轉化的運動所不能及的。所以，煉功並非只是運動而已，而是在同時鍛鍊身心意的功能，所謂<strong>「調身」</strong>、<strong>「調心」</strong>及<strong>「調意」</strong>之功夫。</p>

<p style="font-size:18px">煉功的第一步，就是要調出正確的姿勢，正確的形才能使氣機通暢無阻。正確的形調好了，再來要求「形中無形」，即是在保持正確的姿勢中去體會放鬆、去學習放鬆；還要體會<strong>「形中有鬆」</strong>、<strong>「鬆中有鬆」</strong>的意境；慢慢地比較熟練了，再來活用「鬆」的感覺，來學習「鬆」與「力」的妙用。</p>



<p style="font-size:18px">找不到鬆，就從「緊」中去找。看看身體哪個地方很緊繃，就製造它更緊，然後放鬆，這也是放鬆術常用的方法。這個原理也運用得十分廣泛，像各式的拉筋功法都是如此。拉筋要能有功效，或是進步，看你是不是能吃得了苦？筋很緊的時候還去拉緊它，那是十分折磨的事。一般人如果太痛、太難過，都會鬆手，或只是輕輕地拉著，矇混過去。若拉得不夠緊、拉緊的時間持續不夠久，放開後筋骨變軟的程度也很小，久了就覺得沒信心，認為自己煉不來。其實，這是需要自我要求與自我鼓勵才能克服的。</p>

<p style="font-size:18px">所謂「人最大的敵人就是自己」，由學習拉筋的過程可以展現。若能學習鼓勵自己，開放心胸，去接納拉筋製造出來的感受，品味和體驗這些感受，心理依然不排斥、不抗拒，慢慢地從10秒、15秒，加長到20秒、30秒；若是感覺鬆了些，下次就再拉更緊一些，或再去尋找其他會酸痛之處，慢慢地去拉緊它，然後放鬆。把學習來的各種拉筋的功法，親自去實踐「拉極易鬆」的原理；體會實質的能量帶來放鬆的感受。雖然，這是初階調煉功法時所能帶來的「鬆」的感受，但也必須有這個基礎，方能再進一步學習其他進階的功法。</p>

<p style="font-size:18px">無論東西方的哲學家，都很喜歡探討「我是誰」的議題。佛家修行注重「明心見性」的功夫；「認識自己」亦是古代希臘哲學家蘇格拉底的名言。可見，人類要能正確地了解自己是不容易的事。從心理學的角度來探討人的潛意識層次，發現有太多潛藏在意識層次底下，不為己知的心理狀態及運作方式，人類的心理世界的真實相與自我意識所能接受的假實相有很大的距離。我們是真誠地自我了解？或是不知不覺地自欺欺人？這在修行中是很重要的功課。</p>



<p style="font-size:18px">在人世間短暫的旅途中，要能保持清醒的覺知是相當不容易的。我們從小到大，受到太多外界的影響，對事物的分別，自然起二分法；並隨著貪、嗔、癡的演化，與所處的生活環境和教育模式的影響下，建立了許多自己的看法，以及慣用的習性；也因為我們慣用自己的習性來面對內外的一切反應，形成狹隘而強勢的自我防衛機制；往往又因為不會用心，所以受其支配而不自覺。慢慢地迷失真實的自我，活在外在價值體系的各種框框裡，找不到自己內心真實的聲音，也不會真心地面對自己。</p>

<p style="font-size:18px">所謂「家家有本難唸的經」，這本經怎麼來的？這本經從心裡來的。每個人的心裡寫的都不一樣，所以唸的經也不一樣。因此，要能看到自己的心裡寫了什麼經？認清是自己從小到大無知所建立的，也才有機會透過內省與反思的過程中，不斷參透自心的本來面目。</p>



<p style="font-size:18px">用心讀通「自己」的這一本經，從認識自己的無知開始。認識內部諸多的自以為是、諸多的自我設限，及各式各樣的標準與定義；看清自我的煩惱如何受這些設定的影響？如何因執著、強勢與狹隘影響了自己的身心健康，或傷害了別人？人就是從向內看清自己來起修，若無法看清自己的錯誤，又如何修正自己的缺失？人若不能清醒地認知修的真諦，只是盲目地唸經拜拜，任由貪嗔癡繼續地因果循環，又要如何解脫？</p>

<p class="has-text-align-left has-black-color has-text-color" style="font-size:18px">人身的由來，是先由男女雙方發出<strong>念力</strong>，兩道光在空中<strong>交會</strong>，交會之後呈現<strong>混沌</strong>的狀態，再由混沌中生出一<strong>太極</strong>，此太極會促進男女雙方的實質<strong>交媾</strong>，使得<strong>男精女血</strong>結合，孕育出新生命。</p>

<p class="has-black-color has-text-color" style="font-size:18px">父精母血結合後，形成陰陽，加上元神的作用，使得兩儀運轉，魂受日的吸引，魄受月的吸引，隨著日月運行，動魂運魄，積精聚氣，最後定型成人。因此人的肉身乃得自於父母基因，有魂魄的力量，而母親懷胎時，除了母體供給胎兒的營養外，還有天地能量的參與。所以，母親懷孕結胎的時間、方位、顏色與空氣，影響了胎兒先天的成長，而母親十月懷胎的過程中，父母的觀念為胎教，加上母體的動量、健康、心態與食物等等，都影響了胎兒的先天本性及其五行強弱。</p>



<p style="font-size:18px">胎兒出生後，人體由先天轉為後天，他的成長與出生時候的年月日時辰、環境、方位、空氣、顏色等因素息息相關，在他逐漸成長的過程中，教育扮演重要的角色，有些人可能無法接受正常教育，通常被替代或剝奪。一般人一路由家庭教育，到學校教育，最後走入社會歷練。一個人的自吾出現與成長，和他所經歷的各種大環境因素與小環境因素密不可分。</p>

<p class="has-black-color has-text-color" style="font-size: 18px;">修者除了以儒家思想行為作為日常生活準繩，還須搭配<strong>道家的法訣</strong>，運用道家陰陽理去開拓人體潛能，以達煉氣立命，提供啟發智慧的泉源，並結合本身對人體認識的知識去面對一切人事物，來體會中庸之道，方可稱為「盡人事」。道家法訣可持陰陽造生化，修煉者要開啟智慧須有豐富的能源供應，必須借用道家法訣調和陰陽二氣，引路而化解人體心身之一切阻礙。也就是說，以道法讓人體精氣神產生質能轉化之作用來為哲理悟道開路，以哲開天地自然造化及天機運行之理。</p>

<p class="has-black-color has-text-color" style="font-size: 18px;">所謂多煩惱多菩提，要如何化煩惱為菩提，修道人當珍惜三聖精髓，才能將<strong>文字、法訣、智慧</strong>三者合一，同時修為領悟，唯有如此才能哲開宇宙奧秘。</p>

<p class="has-black-color has-text-color" style="font-size: 18px;">若要進一步修聖、修仙、修佛，除了要達到上述儒、道之義，並要依佛家所說因果之論，從更深一層去了解父精母血遺傳基因內含的「不良因子」，要如何利用佛家的斷輪迴之心法來修正，並要清楚劃分出：後天部份如何修為、先天的元神「本性」如何精進。</p>

<p class="has-black-color has-text-color" style="font-size: 18px;"><span style="font-family: inherit;">有了先天及後天的分野，對於六祖惠能與神秀所代表的涵義，就能更清楚的理解。神秀的偈語代表後天修行階段，因此修行者要認知到後天的肉體如同菩提樹，心如明鏡台，並要依實質的運轉及精進之心境去做拂拭，否則隨時會被外境及內部一切諸相所轉向，稱之為「惹塵埃」。</span></p>

<p class="has-black-color has-text-color" style="font-size: 18px;">而在先天部份，惠能祖師曾經為法忘軀，之後從六識轉化為六神論，先天修持不執著於法，所以說「即無法」，那還有「身論」？菩提，那還稱樹？以及那來的吾見之心呢？怎麼會有架鏡台呢？</p>

<p class="has-black-color has-text-color" style="font-size: 18px;">即無法、無吾、無心，那來惹塵埃呢？所以，若不解以上兩句偈各有涵義，那根本談不上修。由於整個過程，既複雜又不能有所交錯，所以難以一一闡述，若是失之毫釐，則差之千里。因此，若非對以上所述之各個環節有明細認知，極易落入盲目邪說。</p>

							<h2>一、實質的肉身：</h2><h3><span style="font-weight: normal;">主要是指人體的生理結構而言，包括皮膚、肌肉、筋骨、臟腑及神經等等。傳統道家稱人體為天機，乃指天造的機器而言，修煉上將人體天機分為四個部分，我們稱之為四部天機。四部天機是指什麼呢？包括表裡髓竅四部天機。將人體組織分為四個部分，表層的組織、裡層的臟腑以及內髓和內竅。修煉必須將人體四部天機都煉通了，由表層到內髓、內竅層的開發，節節次第分明，並有其關鍵和奧妙處。若無明師指引，千萬不可隨意修為</span>。</h3>						</div>

							<h2>二、精神思想：</h2><h3><span style="font-weight: normal;">是指人類的心理思維而言，人類的思想能使喚一切組織行動。道家將人類的精神作用分為元神與識神兩大系統，元神又稱為原神，無識無知，與生俱來自動修復與自動調控人體的本能；識神為人類思想情感知覺之綜合中心，有識有知，包括自我意識與潛在意識的範疇；其功能表現為思維與情緒、知覺與感覺、認知與感受等。若要修煉，必須分辨元神與識神，並認識思想的由來，了解人為何會有思想反應，那是一個自然生化鏈的原理，又稱為八識演化的原理，修煉者需學習運用八識演化的原理來脫離苦境。</span></h3><h3><span style="font-weight: normal;">內竅。修煉必須將人體四部天機都煉通了，由表層到內髓、內竅層的開發，節節次第分明，並有其關鍵和奧妙處。若無明師指引，千萬不可隨意修為。</span></h3>						</div>

							<h3><span style="font-weight: normal;">但是，因為人類對人體是「小宇宙」的觀念無法清楚的認知，往往對生理較大的變化不甚了解，就會以為是生病，此時，心理的恐慌及思想雜亂更會導致血氣的不調和，致使人體的每個「個體」（組織系統）各自為政無法協調，而造成內分泌的分泌失衡。如此生理的變化影響心理，而心理的恐慌又反回來影響到分泌失衡，致使生理不協調，就越形成較明顯的不舒服。而內分泌的分泌不協調，必然會有部份偏高現象，如果人體組織的新陳代謝功能不好，往往會積留體內比較弱的器官，導致內部形成腫瘤、經脈阻塞，以及外部一切瘡、癢、腫，最嚴重者會導入骨髓，隨神經侵入各大神經系統，甚至流入臟腑、或腦部，那就後果不堪設想。</span></h3>						</div>
