<h1 class="has-black-color has-light-green-cyan-background-color has-text-color has-background wp-block-heading">為什麼會來玄門？</h1>



<p class="has-black-color has-text-color" style="font-size:18px">我出生在一個沒有宗教信仰的家庭，家裡除了祭祀祖先及掃墓之外，沒有任何的宗教活動。但是我從小不知道為什麼，總會想去探索宇宙間科學無法證明的原理，例如是否真的有神明的存在，或是氣功是否真的那麼神奇。</p>



<p class="has-black-color has-text-color" style="font-size:18px">因為身體有痛風的緣故，大約十幾年前一位同事介紹我去練氣功，練了五六年之後，覺得除了有微微的氣感之外，老實說身體並無多大的改善。</p>

<p class="has-black-color has-text-color" style="font-size:18px">後來在民國101年的新春國中同學會中遇到了慈心師姐，跟她聊起氣功的話題，也知道她有在幫人做氣功調理。同年8月我因調校的關係，換了一間辦公室，之後就常發生頭暈的狀況，西醫無法找到合理的病因，只開了降血壓的藥物；中醫也說我是頭裡面有堵塞，開了中藥來打通血路。</p>



<p class="has-black-color has-text-color" style="font-size:18px">我想起了玄門有在調理身體，因此抱著姑且一試的心態，看看有沒有辦法解決。結果慈心師姐推拿了我幾分鐘之後，說我的身體硬得跟城牆一樣，轉手請觀無師兄來調理，沒幾次之後就發現了病因，並且讓我的狀況迎刃而解。之後又去找中醫師把脈，他也相當驚訝，原來腦中的堵塞已經不見了。</p>



<p class="has-black-color has-text-color" style="font-size:18px">我才知道之前學的氣功的功法並不完整，身體完全沒有練軟，甚至有些錯誤的軌跡，因此便加入了玄門的「築基班」，說也巧合，玄門有要求不能與其他門派功法混練，而且至少間隔一年以上，我剛好滿足這個條件，便在102年進入了玄門。之後更帶了家人來玄門調理，甚至連我兒子患了西醫沒什麼解的「妥瑞氏症」，也都在師兄姐的調理之下獲得相當不錯的舒緩，這些年來也一直都持續來玄門調理，也相當感謝玄門。</p>

<h1 class="has-black-color has-light-green-cyan-background-color has-text-color has-background wp-block-heading" style="font-size:30px">玄門帶給我什麼？</h1>



<p class="has-black-color has-text-color" style="font-size:18px">剛進玄門築基班的時候，因為身體太僵硬了，連斜板都站不太上去，更別說是拉腳筋了，得用毛巾的輔助，才勉強能拉到筋。</p>

<p class="has-black-color has-text-color" style="font-size:18px">後來進到了進階班之後，聽到了越來越多的理論，也慢慢對人體開始有不同的認識，也覺得這套理論相當符合自然、而且完整，不像有些門派會用一些宗教信仰、或貪婪地想吸取外界的能量，玄門就是很單純的修煉我們的身體，不斷地去「去濁就清」，將體內的廢物不斷地代謝掉，讓大自然回補能量，藉此修復我們的身體，讓身體能夠「返元」，變得越來越年輕。</p>



<p class="has-black-color has-text-color" style="font-size:18px">這些日子以來，身體的柔軟度已不可同日而語，而且很多之前的一些老毛病，例如痛風、頭痛、精神不佳……等毛病也都獲得相當的改善，而練功後身體發生的一些狀況（例如排毒反應），也都能詢問師兄姐獲得滿意的解答。</p>

<p class="has-black-color has-text-color" style="font-size:18px">隨著進到了精進班及志工班之後，對於玄門的全法全訣有了更進一步的認識，也才知道原來本門有那麼多「寶藏」，才真的知道玄門所傳的東西都是相當「真」的，祂不需要藉著展示多麼高強的本領來吸引世人，只要有緣、真心向道的人自然能夠受到玄門的庇蔭，讓我對玄門有著滿滿的感恩。</p>

<p class="has-black-color has-text-color" style="font-size:18px">我是念自然組的，從小到大就是很習慣用理性、用腦子來做事。結果用在練功時卻造成了反效果，我習慣用腦子來練功，當學到了一個功法之後，不斷地會在腦子中提醒身體要怎麼去做，結果變成了太刻意，不懂得如何放鬆，練功的效果也自然不會出來。</p>

<p class="has-black-color has-text-color" style="font-size:18px">進到了精進班之後，師兄姐就一再提醒我們要做到「鬆、靜、空、輕」，不斷地放鬆自己，慢慢屏除「識神」的干擾，讓我們的「元神」能夠帶著我們的身體來修煉，果然得到了更好的效果。</p>



<p class="has-black-color has-text-color" style="font-size:18px">後來有幸加入了志工班，觀無師兄開了一門「六心覺化」的實務課，才真正開始由「命功」修到「性功」。所謂「六心」指的就是「認錯、懺悔、感恩、惜福、自責、願力」，他帶領我們慢慢地更認識自己，發覺心中所隱藏的自我，並能培養出「超我」，不斷地看清自己的行為，讓我們能逐漸擺脫「習性」的牢籠。</p>



<p class="has-black-color has-text-color" style="font-size:18px">雖然「六心」看起來好像沒什麼，但是要將它們實際應用在生活上，甚至放下自己原本高傲的自尊心，確實不是件簡單的事。</p>

<p class="has-black-color has-text-color" style="font-size:18px">但是當我收斂了原本暴躁的脾氣，開始向家人認錯、感恩之後，確實讓原本不好的家庭氣氛發生了不小的變化：夫妻跟親子間的感情變得更和諧、更有笑容，連之前出遊時都不太願意跟我合照的太太，也都擺出了笑臉一起合照，讓我終於知道，其實我欠缺的，就是那顆「真心」。</p>



<p class="has-black-color has-text-color" style="font-size:18px">以前的我總是拿著高標準來檢視別人，當別人不順我意、或是不符合我的標準時，就很容易火大，動不動就發脾氣。現在我終於知道該如何修正我的缺點，放下我的「我大」、「執著」、「驕傲」……等習性，逐漸地去修正自己，開始朝向「性命雙修」來邁進。</p>



<p class="has-black-color has-text-color" style="font-size:18px">修道是一門很漫長的旅程，還好有這個緣份能夠進到玄門，開始慢慢地修煉自己、改正自己的缺失，自度而後度人，自醫而後醫人，我也發願將我在玄門的所學，能夠用來行醫行道，讓更多的世人能夠學到玄門這套功法，進而改善自己的身心，讓這個世界能夠更美好。</p>

<p class="has-text-align-left has-black-color has-text-color" style="font-size:18px">人身的由來，是先由男女雙方發出<strong>念力</strong>，兩道光在空中<strong>交會</strong>，交會之後呈現<strong>混沌</strong>的狀態，再由混沌中生出一<strong>太極</strong>，此太極會促進男女雙方的實質<strong>交媾</strong>，使得<strong>男精女血</strong>結合，孕育出新生命。</p>

<p class="has-black-color has-text-color" style="font-size:18px">父精母血結合後，形成陰陽，加上元神的作用，使得兩儀運轉，魂受日的吸引，魄受月的吸引，隨著日月運行，動魂運魄，積精聚氣，最後定型成人。因此人的肉身乃得自於父母基因，有魂魄的力量，而母親懷胎時，除了母體供給胎兒的營養外，還有天地能量的參與。所以，母親懷孕結胎的時間、方位、顏色與空氣，影響了胎兒先天的成長，而母親十月懷胎的過程中，父母的觀念為胎教，加上母體的動量、健康、心態與食物等等，都影響了胎兒的先天本性及其五行強弱。</p>



<p style="font-size:18px">胎兒出生後，人體由先天轉為後天，他的成長與出生時候的年月日時辰、環境、方位、空氣、顏色等因素息息相關，在他逐漸成長的過程中，教育扮演重要的角色，有些人可能無法接受正常教育，通常被替代或剝奪。一般人一路由家庭教育，到學校教育，最後走入社會歷練。一個人的自吾出現與成長，和他所經歷的各種大環境因素與小環境因素密不可分。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px;"><span style="color: #000000;">雖然上過很久的六心課程，自己理當要能察覺並轉化這些思想，但對於這些習慣成自然的念頭，還是很自然的讓它冒出來並順著它走，讓自己困在很深的舊有思考軌跡中而不自知，任由它不斷的繚繞侵蝕自身，哪有清靜可言，我實在很不應該。</span></p>

<p style="font-size: 18px;"><span style="color: #000000;">某天這些念頭依然很自然地冒出來時，突然意識到這些都是我的自以為是、自以為知，趕緊把自己的戒尺收回來，立即停住、做認錯，檢討自己的二分法、吾見等等，懺悔自己怎麼還是如此強勢又自以為是，也感恩這些念頭的出現，讓我有機會發現自身的缺失以及還需要改進的地方。期待我能不斷的提醒自己應該修正的方向，應該減少、最好能停止自己的二分法，改以六心替代那些無明的念頭；遇到人事物等外緣來時，也能嘗試以另一個角度來重新認識，試著練習跳脫舊有的思考軌跡。比如過往覺得站務員的動作很慢，常常因為他的因素而延遲發車時間，引起我不悅與不耐的感覺，當我歸零、重置後，換個角度來重新認識他，發現人家是在認真仔細的檢查每一張票，確實地測量每一個人的體溫，才延遲發車時間，對公司來說他是個盡責的好員工，而我也因看人的角度有所改變，等車時也不會急躁了。</span></p>

<p style="font-size: 18px;"><span style="color: #000000;">對人事物的看法因人而異，因為每個人心中的那把尺與立場都有所不同，而一般人常常都是拿自己的尺對外量別人，也常常無法站在不同的角度看事情，習慣以我、我、我為中心來面對。我承認自己的慈悲心、同理心有很大的不足，我還要更用心地發掘自己的缺失，更細心地理化自己的思想，並要持續的練習對每個人事物等外緣來時都能歸零與重置，以減少二分法評斷的出現，刪除舊有的吾知吾見，在每一次歸零中要能夠更細心地體會、重新認識並學到新的東西來拓展思想的領域。</span></p>

<p class="has-text-align-left" style="font-size: 18px;"><span style="color: #000000;">感恩玄門的六心教導，認錯、懺悔、感恩、自責、惜福、願力這六心正覺，讓我能在紅塵中修煉心性而不隨紅塵打轉，希望自己在此生中能確實的學習與應用六心，也希望更多人能夠有緣分來接觸這一套方法，則人與人之間的相處一定會更真誠與祥和，世界大同便指日可待。</span></p>

<p class="has-black-color has-text-color" style="font-size: 18px;"><span style="color: #000000;">記得當年我都還沒進門練功，就聽到慈心師姐跟林坪師兄叫我要認錯，我當下一愣，認什麼錯？我做錯了什麼？剛開始我什麼也不懂、也不會，內心一片茫然！回家後再思量，想我從小到大只有記功、嘉獎，連警告都沒有；是老師同學口中的好學生、好朋友；爸爸媽媽心目中的好女兒；交男朋友專情，婚後不找小王；搭公車讓位老弱婦孺；陪老婆婆過馬路；奉公守法的一介好人，到底錯在哪裡？滿肚子的不甘願！</span></p>

<p style="font-size: 18px;"><span style="color: #000000;">等到衝擊過後，再三思量，又拿出我心理諮商的專業來理智的分析，不得不承認，「確實！認錯是很有用的！」至少在人際關係裡，當我擺不平內在心理與外在環境的衝突時；當我面對自己內在心理多股力量的衝突時，認錯！就像是&#8230;&#8230;按下暫停鍵一樣，讓當下的我不會被波濤洶湧的情感與壓力牽引，犯下讓自己後悔的大錯！理智告訴我「認錯是很好用的技術」！只是，學過心理諮商的我手裡有很多好用又上手的「技術」，實在沒必要選擇不熟悉又讓自己難過的「認錯」！</span></p>

<p style="font-size: 18px;"><span style="color: #000000;">直到慈心師姐要求我們寫「反思紀錄」，那是我第一次放下過去慣用的技術，只用六心來面對內心世界、與外在人事物的進退應對，那時的我磕磕絆絆的學著用認錯、感恩、懺悔、自責、惜福、願力這六心去轉化、理化內在的一切不平衡，試著開啟新的角度、新的思維來讓心解套，這是我第一次「逼」自己承認自己有錯、認識自己的錯，與行認錯，當和平的假面具被揭開後，種種情緒洶湧而來，痛苦啊！傷心啊！難過啊！不甘願啊！憤怒啊！悲傷啊！委屈啊！徬徨啊！焦慮&#8230;&#8230; 渺小無助又無知愚痴的我只能一一接招，在無能為力時，只好一心認錯，再透過不斷的自我對話與理化，反思與沉澱後，感覺自己又揭開一層內在的假象，感覺更貼近真實的自己，更能自在地做自己了！這段歷程開啟了我踏上實踐六心的路！雖然還是停在理性層次的認知上，認錯確實讓我有機會去揭開假象看見真實的自己，進而打破自我過去的框架與錯誤的連結，嘗試用新角度、新方法去面對與處理。</span></p>

<p style="font-size: 18px;"><span style="color: #000000;">剛開始做認錯簡直是疑點叢叢，常困在世俗中教我們自我肯定的枷鎖裡，認為行認錯，那不是自我打擊、自我否定嗎？經過不斷地澄清，才坦然接受認錯就是認錯而已，不是打負評、被扣分、打擊自我價值、沒有面子、失去自尊&#8230;&#8230;等等我們常跟認錯綑綁在一起的負面概念，當卸下這些枷鎖與包袱後，我對認錯的有色眼鏡才慢慢變淡，接受認錯就只是認識自己的錯而已，畢竟人無完人、人非聖賢孰能無過，曾子都還要三省吾身呢！我一介凡夫俗子當然也要見賢思齊啊！此時才比較心甘情願地認錯！</span></p>

<p style="font-size: 18px;"><span style="color: #000000;">這些年來有幾次微薄的經驗，比如跟老公吵架時，面對他的暴怒與責罵；當女兒不聽話甚至還出言不遜時；遭遇生活中的挫折磨難時，發現自己的無能與無助時&#8230;&#8230;在很多情況下，當時的我心中滿滿的負面情緒、腦海裡一片空白，或是硬要將生氣、委屈、悲傷等情緒吞下去，或是不知如何是好時，當下只有承認自己沒有智慧不會面對，承認自己不會教小孩沒有智慧引導她，承認一切都是自己過去無知所種下的因，今天才有這個果，承認自己的諸多不足&#8230;&#8230;當我由衷的認錯時，突然「啪」一下，感覺身心瞬間平和下來，那些傷心難過、忿忿不平、委屈悲傷、擔憂害怕&#8230;&#8230;的感受都不見了！腦子也平靜下來了！鬆與空間感出來了！感覺好神奇喔！很不可思議！</span></p>

<p style="font-size: 18px;"><span style="color: #000000;">這個鬆與空間感讓我有轉圜的餘地，讓我當下得到平靜，有機會啟發智慧來面對，也有機會反思自己的錯誤與不足，學著放下過去的執著！這幾次「由衷而發的認錯」經驗，讓我領略到認錯不只是存在腦海裡的想法、規則而已，認錯更是一種心境！它是通往內在心靈的階梯！更是滋潤與療癒身心的良藥！</span></p>

<p class="has-black-color has-text-color" style="font-size: 18px;">修者除了以儒家思想行為作為日常生活準繩，還須搭配<strong>道家的法訣</strong>，運用道家陰陽理去開拓人體潛能，以達煉氣立命，提供啟發智慧的泉源，並結合本身對人體認識的知識去面對一切人事物，來體會中庸之道，方可稱為「盡人事」。道家法訣可持陰陽造生化，修煉者要開啟智慧須有豐富的能源供應，必須借用道家法訣調和陰陽二氣，引路而化解人體心身之一切阻礙。也就是說，以道法讓人體精氣神產生質能轉化之作用來為哲理悟道開路，以哲開天地自然造化及天機運行之理。</p>

<p class="has-black-color has-text-color" style="font-size: 18px;"><strong>佛家真理妙道心印</strong>，出家人慈悲為懷，佛經中比喻萬千，<span style="font-size: 18px;">供修者參悟了徹，當中許多隱言密語，暗示真性與假體之妙用。道生萬物，萬物自有自性，本門乃借用中國三聖真諦來開啟禪頭，了悟禪機，接受週而復始的人間道考驗，擴大</span>思想領域，以達哲理修性之論。</p>

<p class="has-black-color has-text-color" style="font-size: 18px;">所謂多煩惱多菩提，要如何化煩惱為菩提，修道人當珍惜三聖精髓，才能將<strong>文字、法訣、智慧</strong>三者合一，同時修為領悟，唯有如此才能哲開宇宙奧秘。</p>

<p class="has-black-color has-text-color" style="font-size: 18px;">若要進一步修聖、修仙、修佛，除了要達到上述儒、道之義，並要依佛家所說因果之論，從更深一層去了解父精母血遺傳基因內含的「不良因子」，要如何利用佛家的斷輪迴之心法來修正，並要清楚劃分出：後天部份如何修為、先天的元神「本性」如何精進。</p>

<p class="has-black-color has-text-color" style="font-size: 18px;"><em>神秀：「身如菩提樹，心如明鏡台，時時勤拂拭，莫使惹塵埃。」</em></p>
<p class="has-black-color has-text-color" style="font-size: 18px;"><em>惠能：「菩提本無樹，明鏡亦非台，本來無一物，何處惹塵埃。」</em></p>
<p class="has-black-color has-text-color" style="font-size: 18px;"><span style="font-family: inherit;">有了先天及後天的分野，對於六祖惠能與神秀所代表的涵義，就能更清楚的理解。神秀的偈語代表後天修行階段，因此修行者要認知到後天的肉體如同菩提樹，心如明鏡台，並要依實質的運轉及精進之心境去做拂拭，否則隨時會被外境及內部一切諸相所轉向，稱之為「惹塵埃」。</span></p>

<p class="has-black-color has-text-color" style="font-size: 18px;">而在先天部份，惠能祖師曾經為法忘軀，之後從六識轉化為六神論，先天修持不執著於法，所以說「即無法」，那還有「身論」？菩提，那還稱樹？以及那來的吾見之心呢？怎麼會有架鏡台呢？</p>

<p class="has-black-color has-text-color" style="font-size: 18px;">即無法、無吾、無心，那來惹塵埃呢？所以，若不解以上兩句偈各有涵義，那根本談不上修。由於整個過程，既複雜又不能有所交錯，所以難以一一闡述，若是失之毫釐，則差之千里。因此，若非對以上所述之各個環節有明細認知，極易落入盲目邪說。</p>

<p class="has-black-color has-text-color" style="font-size: 18px;">因此，完整的修煉必須合用儒釋道三家之精髓，還須認知修煉結合的重要，有修聖、修仙、修佛之心願者，對於修的發展、階段與進程能有整體的認識，理解修煉的藍圖與架構，方能理智且積極地投入修煉以得真。</p>
